The Consumables QA organization manages quality assurance and release management for all customer-facing features across Everyday Essentials Tech.
We seek a Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to work on core system architecture. You will collaborate with managers and engineers to design and build test plans and cases, while providing input to ensure high-quality product development. As a QAE, you will plan, design, and automate various components across web front-ends and service back-ends. Our quality engineering team uses open-source technologies to build automation tools and test frameworks for robust, scalable, and reliable automation.

About the team
We are Consumables QA org and our mission is creating effortless everyday shopping experience for our customers by ensuring software quality, accelerating product delivery through tools and automation, supporting our tech teams to increase feature velocity, and driving strategic program delivery.
- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools- Experience in API & Mobile testing
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including agile software development, use of software IDEs, use of source control
- Knowledge of Java, Perl or Python based automation
