Senior Sales Operations Analyst

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

Our ideal candidate will have

• BA/BS in a quantitative field
• 2-5 years of experience in a quantitative Go-To-Market role, management consulting, finance, or engineering
• Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize strategic insights in an actionable and compelling manner
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides or PowerPoint skills
• Confidence using SQL for fetching and manipulating data; experience with a scripting language such as Python or R is a plus
• Ability to move quickly and iterate on analyses
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner
• A curiosity in how AI-supported toolchains and workflows can improve application development is desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to collaborate across disciplines and teams to come up with creative solutions to technical and business challenges

Position Expectations

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify growth opportunities and drive operational improvements
• Build financial and operational models to support key business decisions
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of cross-functional stakeholders and executive management across all business functions
• Present analytical findings in a clear and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Success Measures

• Within 1 month, get up to speed on the analytical tools we use, the processes our team owns, and the stakeholders we collaborate with
• Within 2 months, own several analytical reports and communicate complex,data-driven analysis simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
• Within 3 months, scope and launch your first process automation or dashboarding initiative
