Your knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools helps you drive data-informed hiring strategies. You are comfortable using scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite to enhance the recruiting process. You thrive in a learning-oriented environment and are eager to adopt new recruiting technologies to optimize workflows for scale.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's corporate functions across the Americas. You will shape hiring strategies that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.
