You have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with experience in leading teams through transitions to AI-driven development methodologies. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively guide engineers in adopting new technologies and processes, ensuring they are proficient in using AI coding tools. You are passionate about enhancing developer experiences and productivity through innovative solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct workshops and pair-programming sessions that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams.

Desirable

Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with various AI coding tools will be beneficial. You have a track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in a development environment and are comfortable working hands-on with coding tasks. Your ability to prototype and demonstrate AI agents will help teams understand best practices and optimize their workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the transition of NICE's R&D organization to AI-driven development, focusing on enhancing the development experience and velocity. You will conduct workshops and pair-programming sessions to upskill engineers, helping them become proficient in AI coding tools. Your hands-on involvement with R&D teams will allow you to assist with AI-based coding tasks, ensuring that production-level code meets the highest standards. You will prototype and demo reference AI agents that illustrate best practices, enabling teams to reuse effective patterns in their work. Additionally, you will proactively suggest tools and processes that improve developer experience and productivity, collaborating closely with AI Champions in R&D to build joint knowledge within the organization.
