Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth within their Managed Service Provider partner ecosystem. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on partner success.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner management or customer success, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring they achieve measurable success with the solutions provided. You are adept at coordinating across teams to deliver a premium partner experience, and you thrive in environments where collaboration is key. You understand the importance of data security and governance, and you are passionate about helping partners grow their managed service offerings.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to advocate effectively for your partners within the organization. You are proactive in identifying challenges and resolving them in a timely manner, ensuring that partners remain highly engaged and satisfied with their experience. Your analytical mindset enables you to track partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement, driving growth and retention.

Desirable

Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or in a similar partner-focused role is a plus. Familiarity with AvePoint’s solutions or similar data security and governance technologies will help you hit the ground running. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and strategies, and you have a knack for translating technical concepts into easily understandable terms for partners.

What you'll do

As a Partner Success Manager at AvePoint, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of our solutions within our Managed Service Provider partner ecosystem. You will work closely with partners to ensure they are fully leveraging AvePoint’s technology to enhance their service offerings. Your role will involve regular check-ins with partners to assess their needs, provide support, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

You will act as the internal advocate for your partners, coordinating with various teams within AvePoint to resolve any challenges they may face. This includes collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure that partners receive the resources and assistance they need to succeed. You will also track partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

In addition, you will develop and deliver training sessions and resources to educate partners on AvePoint’s solutions, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and support our products. You will play a key role in fostering a strong community among our partners, encouraging collaboration and sharing of best practices.
