Nebius AI is seeking a Director of Strategic Partners to lead and expand their partnership with NVIDIA. You'll collaborate across various teams to maximize the value of this relationship. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.
You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing high-impact partnerships — your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and co-sell efforts. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures ensures that you can effectively manage multiple workstreams and deliver results.
You have a deep understanding of the AI and cloud computing landscape — your background equips you to engage with technical teams and understand the nuances of hardware and software engineering. You are execution-focused, ensuring that all aspects of partnerships are flawlessly executed and aligned with business objectives. Your proactive approach to problem-solving allows you to anticipate challenges and address them before they escalate.
Experience in the AI or cloud computing sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with NVIDIA's products and services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
In this role, you will act as the primary quarterback for all aspects of the NVIDIA relationship — you will collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and executive teams to maximize the partnership's value. You will work hand-in-hand with the NVIDIA Global Account Manager to drive field alignment and co-sell efforts, ensuring that both organizations are synchronized in their objectives and execution.
You will track and manage dozens of high-impact workstreams across both Nebius and NVIDIA — your organizational skills will be critical in ensuring that all initiatives are on track and that stakeholders are kept informed of progress. You will also be responsible for ensuring that technical programs and hardware allocations are executed flawlessly, working closely with the Head of Infrastructure to align on roadmaps and deliverables.
Your role will require you to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at NVIDIA — you will be the face of Nebius in these interactions, representing the company's interests and ensuring that the partnership continues to thrive. You will also be involved in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights and recommendations based on your understanding of the market and the partnership's dynamics.
