Overview

Grafana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to prospect and grow existing business across Canada. You'll be responsible for nurturing and closing opportunities with customers. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in managing forecasts.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully identified and closed opportunities with existing customers. Your consultative sales approach allows you to understand customer needs deeply before presenting solutions. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing forecasts and tracking customer data effectively. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-growing organization while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with open-source tools or observability solutions, would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Grafana or similar visualization tools can set you apart. You are a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously but also values collaboration with your team to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts across Canada. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Grafana's offerings. Your ability to manage forecasts and track customer data will be crucial in driving growth and achieving sales targets.
