In this role, you will participate in an 11-week internal onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take on leadership responsibilities for your own team, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition. You will be a key part of the organization, collaborating with your team on-site and working cross-functionally on topics such as safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technical advancement. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection standards, deriving actionable recommendations for process improvements based on key performance indicators like safety, productivity, and quality. You will lead and train your team, plan and manage internal processes, and participate in overarching projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Regular team meetings and feedback sessions will be part of your routine, as you work to maintain high safety standards across your location.
