You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on infrastructure or AI applications — you've successfully led cross-functional teams and understand the nuances of building scalable systems. Your technical background allows you to engage deeply with engineering teams, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies that drive customer value.
You thrive in environments where innovation meets customer impact — your ability to anticipate market needs and align product development with strategic goals sets you apart. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions, particularly around distributed systems and consensus protocols, ensuring that your team remains focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work with engineers and stakeholders alike — you build trust and foster open communication, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the product vision. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and guide the product roadmap effectively.
Experience with AI-native applications or search technologies would be a significant advantage — you understand the challenges and opportunities in this space and can leverage your insights to guide product development. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic goals and customer feedback — your decisions will directly impact the success of the Search Platform. You will work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring that new features are effectively communicated to customers.
You will mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles — fostering a culture of learning and collaboration is important to you.
