You have at least 4 years of professional experience in an office environment, which equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable operating office machines and communicating with various stakeholders, ensuring that you can provide clear and structured feedback on AI outputs. Your background allows you to leverage your expertise to develop prompts that reflect your field, contributing to the improvement of AI understanding in workplace tasks and language.
In this role, you will work independently on a flexible schedule, contributing to an AI research project that runs year-round. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating AI model responses and providing structured feedback that enhances the model's performance. You will develop prompts that accurately reflect your professional experience, ensuring that the AI can learn from real-world applications. As you engage with the project, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and understand how AI can be utilized in your field.
