[Coupang Pay] Sr. Data Engineer (Fintech Data Platform)

Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in big data processing, with a deep understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing. You possess practical experience using various big data components such as Spark and Flink, and you are skilled in designing scalable data pipelines that can handle large volumes of data. Your problem-solving abilities are exceptional, and you approach challenges with an open mindset. You have experience working in distributed environments and are familiar with cloud-based computing platforms like AWS. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python is essential, and you have a solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to identify data requirements and define key performance indicators that drive business growth. You will influence data source providers to ensure that essential attributes are logged effectively. Working with multiple stakeholders, you will enhance data quality and resolve data-related issues. You will leverage cutting-edge distributed processing technologies like Spark, Flink, and ClickHouse to design and build robust data pipelines capable of processing millions of transactions in real-time. Additionally, you will design and build Tableau dashboards for fintech technology organizations and specific business units, enabling data-driven decision-making.
