You have a proven track record in managing teams and driving growth in a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes working cross-functionally with various departments to achieve business objectives. As a City Manager, you will be the business owner of growth KPIs and CVP metrics for your cities. You will lead a sales team of 9, setting challenging goals and working collaboratively to improve selection across all segments. Your role will involve executing guerrilla marketing activities to enhance brand presence and drive user engagement. You will spend the majority of your time in your cities, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs. You will report to the Programme Lead, Regional Growth, and be responsible for delivering results that align with Deliveroo's strategic objectives.
