What's Exciting About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive financial performance, strategic planning, and decision-making by providing data-driven insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership. This position holder will be responsible for SEE and MENAT regions. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. This position will be directly reporting to Finance Director. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
• Provide variance analysis and identify key business drivers impacting performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Risk, Sales) to evaluate financial impact of initiatives, new products, and pricing strategies.
• Support strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights and scenario analyses.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, including KPI dashboards for leadership and investors.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with accounting and data teams to ensure consistency between management and statutory reporting.
• Assist with fundraising, board presentations, and investor relations materials as needed.
• Implement and enhance forecasting automation and data visualization.

 

Skills and Experience We Desire

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, or similar analytics tools is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, data-driven environment.
• Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A systems and processes is highly desirable.
• Confidence in working under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
