We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Workday Developer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, and PSA platforms. This role supports HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders by creating system enhancements, integrations, reports, and dashboards that improve organizational efficiency and decision-making. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of Workday solutions with business needs, regulatory requirements, and system best practices. By enabling data accuracy and automation, this role directly impacts operational efficiency and employee experience across the organization
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At ES, this means working onsite at one of our offices a minimum of 1 day/week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for the remainder of the days. ES has offices in Oakland, CA, Orange, CA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA. The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000/Annually with a target compensation of $109,250 based on experience and qualifications
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
