What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily vehicle licensing operations at Clutch. You will complete a large volume of licensing tasks before each scheduled delivery, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order. You will collaborate closely with the Field Operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your attention to detail will be crucial in preventing any licensing issues that could affect customer satisfaction. You will also assist in training new team members on licensing procedures and best practices. As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to suggest improvements to the licensing process and contribute to the overall success of the team.
