TripActions is seeking a Director of Commercial Customer Success and Account Management to lead their team in Paris. You'll focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across key EMEA markets. This role requires strong project management and communication skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in scaling customer success teams and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer experiences. You possess strong project management skills and have a knack for analytical thinking, allowing you to assess customer needs and implement effective strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to build relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or German is a plus. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, implementation, and product teams.
Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message methodologies is highly preferred. You have a bias for action and a strong problem-solving mindset, which helps you navigate complex challenges in customer success. Your ability to engage with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities makes you an ideal candidate for this strategic role.
In this role, you will scale and lead the Commercial Customer Success segment, building a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers across key EMEA markets. You will own all post-sales activities for Commercial customers, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, and expansion. Your mission is to ensure clients successfully implement, adopt, and expand their use of the Navan platform, ultimately driving retention, growth, and satisfaction. You will partner closely with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes for customers. Your success will be measured by attainment of revenue targets, adoption KPIs, and the overall health of the Commercial and Scaled customer segment. You will also oversee the leaders for UKI, DACH, France, and Scaled, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
