Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in banking sector projects, specifically in Back Office processes related to accounting and regulatory reporting. Your educational background includes a degree in Engineering, a Bachelor's, or a Master's. You are fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows you to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. You have experience in creating documentation and presentations for tracking purposes, showcasing your ability to convey complex information clearly. Your practical knowledge of Back Office systems, particularly LoanIQ, is a significant asset, and you are familiar with financial products related to Supply Chain Finance. You have previously worked with internal banking teams, ensuring alignment in processes and procedures.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in various banking sector projects, ensuring the correct execution of Back Office processes. You will collaborate with internal teams such as IG, ACO, Accounting, Back Office, and Reporting to guarantee process alignment. Your responsibilities will include generating documentation and presentations for regulatory tracking and reporting. You will analyze existing procedures and propose improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting and regulatory reporting. Additionally, you will support the implementation and usage of Back Office systems, particularly LoanIQ, ensuring that the teams are well-equipped to utilize these tools effectively. Your role will involve continuous interaction with different teams to foster collaboration and ensure that all processes are running smoothly.
