HR Generalist Iberia (Temp)

You have experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on employee relations. You understand HR policies and procedures and can effectively communicate them to managers and employees. You are detail-oriented and can manage documentation accurately and timely. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong partnerships with business leaders. You are committed to fostering a fair and compliant employee experience. You are adaptable and can handle various HR matters, including performance management and conflict resolution. What you'll do

In this role, you will support the HR function and business leaders across Iberia by providing hands-on support on day-to-day people matters. You will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies and employee relations topics. You will assist in managing employee relations cases, including performance management, probation reviews, and disciplinary processes. You will work closely with managers in Iberia Sales and local Marketing to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience. You will document HR processes and ensure timely follow-ups on employee relations matters. You will collaborate with the Global Shared Service Centre to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience. You will contribute to building a strong restaurant culture at TheFork, aligning with the company's values of respect, ownership, growth, and collaboration.
