Kaluza is seeking a Technology Services Analyst for a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide first-class customer service and support to internal customers. This role is based in London and requires onsite presence five days a week.
You are a proactive individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting a diverse range of requests from internal customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and your attention to detail make you a valuable asset to the team. You understand the importance of technology in enhancing customer experiences and are eager to learn and grow in your role. Experience in a technical support role or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key attributes that will help you succeed in this position. Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is a plus, as is an understanding of the energy sector and its challenges.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Kaluza’s internal customers, providing them with the support they need to navigate various technical issues. You will assist with troubleshooting and resolving inquiries, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently. Your responsibilities will include documenting issues and solutions, collaborating with other team members to improve service delivery, and contributing to a positive team environment. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, enabling you to provide even better support to your colleagues.
