As a Global Advocate Supervisor, you are a strong communicator and problem-solver who excels at removing barriers and adapting quickly to deliver precise solutions. You have experience in leading teams and coaching individuals to provide empathetic, personalized, and accurate support to clients. Your ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-growing environment is complemented by your focus on driving performance across quality, speed, and other key metrics. You understand the importance of overseeing complex escalations and partnering cross-functionally to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring a consistent, world-class experience across all lines of business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team that shapes the end-to-end experience for every restaurant and retail partner on DoorDash. You will be responsible for diagnosing root causes of issues, coordinating cross-functionally, and delivering resolutions that enhance the merchant experience. Your team will handle escalations and ensure that all cases are managed effectively, driving a world-class support experience.

You will reinforce quality standards and coach your team to ensure consistent issue resolution. By surfacing insights that help eliminate repeat problems, you will contribute to the overall improvement of the merchant support experience. Your role will involve managing performance metrics and ensuring that your team meets or exceeds expectations in quality and speed of service.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues, ensuring that all lines of business receive a consistent and high-quality experience. Your leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where team members feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
