What you'll do

In this role, you will lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed during their shifts. You will communicate policies effectively to your team and act as the primary information source, maintaining compliance and consistency. Your responsibilities will include motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to achieve the best results for customers. You will engage with your team throughout their shifts to uphold the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement. You will also be responsible for recognizing and rewarding team achievements, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
