In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year. You will also be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including the chance to join the annual President’s Club Trip. Your role will involve a mix of home office work and in-field activities, allowing you to balance your time effectively while maximizing your earning potential.
