Overview

Grammarly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead data infrastructure and analytics capabilities for their AI productivity platform. You'll work closely with data platform engineers and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid working model.

Job Description

Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model for this role. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that helps foster trust, innovation, and a strong team culture.

Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here.

The Opportunity

Superhuman provides superpowers everywhere our customers work! From AI Agents, Mail, and Docs, we amplify how they work, and to enable this world, we need a Data Technical Program Manager to power the engine behind it all.

You'll be the architect of acceleration—enabling data and platform capabilities that fuel our multi-product ecosystem as we scale. Your mission is to ensure that when our teams need data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, or platform tooling, it's already there, ready to power the next breakthrough.

As the connective tissue between our data platform engineers and product teams racing to ship features that delight millions of users, you'll turn complex infrastructure into a competitive advantage. Your superpower? Seeing around corners—anticipating what data capabilities teams need before they know they need them, removing blockers before they become roadblocks, and transforming raw platform capabilities into customer magic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of critical data infrastructure and data products across multiple areas.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to identify and prioritize data products that solve key business problems at scale.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear roadmaps that accelerate product development.
  • Anticipate scaling challenges and architect solutions before they impact velocity.
  • Remove friction from cross-functional workflows, turning bottlenecks into superhighways.
  • Ensure our data platform evolves in lockstep with our product ambitions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years driving complex technical programs in fast-scaling tech companies—whether as a TPM or Engineering Manager, where you've launched products, built developer platforms, or orchestrated cross-functional initiatives.
  • A track record of designing systems that scale. You've built frameworks, processes, or tools that helped engineering teams ship faster and more consistently. Bonus points if you've worked on AI/ML products, developer platforms, API ecosystems, or infrastructure that other teams build on top of.
  • The ability to operate at multiple altitudes. You're equally comfortable diving into technical architecture discussions, facilitating strategic planning sessions with leadership, and rolling up your sleeves to unblock a critical dependency. You know when each altitude is needed.
  • The ability to speak multiple languages fluently: technical security concepts, business priorities, regulatory requirements, and executive strategy. You translate between these worlds effortlessly, building bridges where others see barriers.
  • You're a self-starter who connects dots others miss. You don't wait for perfect instructions—you gather context, identify gaps, and chart the path forward. You juggle multiple high-stakes initiatives without dropping balls or losing sight of strategic goals.
  • Data informs your decisions, relationships drive your impact. You bring metrics and evidence to discussions, but you know that influencing change requires understanding what motivates different stakeholders. You adapt your approach based on what each audience needs to hear.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move with urgency. Shifting priorities don't rattle you—they energize you. You bias toward action while maintaining the strategic perspective to know when to slow down and get alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:
  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
  • Disability and life insurance options
  • 401(k) and RRSP matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time
  • Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)
  • Annual professional development budget and opportunities

For North America
