Overview

Cohere is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the candidate experience and support hiring teams. You'll be responsible for scheduling interviews and facilitating communication throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient and collaborative.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a high-performing Talent Coordinator eager to take on new and demanding challenges. You consider yourself resilient, collaborative, and influential, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve being a liaison between teams, supporting hiring managers, the Talent Team, and the HR team. You will manage the candidate experience and build strong relationships while handling dozens of calendars and the interview process for hundreds of candidates simultaneously. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless communication from start to finish.

Desirable

Experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus, as is familiarity with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and understand the importance of a positive candidate experience. You are proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to improve the hiring process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will schedule interviews, ensuring that our hiring teams and candidates are well-coordinated. You will manage the logistics of the interview process, including communication with candidates and hiring managers. You will also assist in creating a welcoming environment for candidates, helping them feel valued throughout their journey with Cohere. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and providing updates to the Talent Team. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment in hiring practices and contribute to a positive company culture.
