Overview

WorkBoard is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Director to drive B2B software sales and engage with C-suite executives. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in sales.

Who you are

You have a strong background in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and building relationships with key decision-makers. Your entrepreneurial spirit allows you to thrive in fast-paced environments, and you are comfortable navigating ambiguity while pursuing growth opportunities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders. Your ability to develop innovative outreach strategies will be crucial in securing meetings and building a robust pipeline of high-potential target accounts across various industries. You understand the importance of educating the market on how AI transforms strategy management and execution, and you are passionate about helping organizations achieve their strategic goals.

Desirable

Experience launching new products or breaking into new markets is a plus, as is familiarity with strategy execution concepts and their application in business. A background in early-stage startup environments with a record of sales success will further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on your revenue targets by identifying and engaging high-potential target accounts across multiple industries. You will develop innovative outreach strategies to secure meetings with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, articulating WorkBoard's unique value proposition and educating the market on the transformative impact of AI on strategy management and execution. Building a robust pipeline through prospecting and networking will be key to your success, as will your ability to foster trust and credibility with key decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and execution, contributing to the overall growth and success of WorkBoard as a category leader in AI-driven strategy execution solutions.
