What you'll do

In your role as Lead Game Designer, you will be responsible for defining and driving the design vision for Kabam's games. You will collaborate closely with other discipline leads to ensure that the design aligns with the overall product strategy. Your leadership will guide the design team in creating engaging and innovative gameplay experiences that resonate with players.

You will oversee the design process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective. This includes setting clear objectives for your team and providing the necessary support to help them achieve these goals. You will champion the design vision at the studio level, advocating for the resources and attention needed to bring your ideas to life.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company.
