Uber is seeking an Account Executive in Cancun to expand Uber Eats' restaurant selection by acquiring high-quality SMB partners. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage the sales funnel effectively.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring and managing partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to balance quality and volume in competitive environments, ensuring that you can close deals effectively. You are analytical and disciplined, capable of designing and executing a strategic funnel construction plan to consistently meet your targets. You thrive in field-based roles and are willing to travel as needed to engage with potential partners.

Desirable

Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus, as is familiarity with using geo insights and competitive dynamics to identify high-potential partners. You are comfortable with multi-step negotiations and can structure offers that align with both merchant expectations and Uber's business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality sales funnel, aiming to close approximately 20 restaurant partnerships each month. You will independently design your weekly funnel construction plan, sourcing and qualifying potential restaurant partners based on various insights. Your role will involve running complex negotiations that balance unit economics and long-term value, ensuring that deals move swiftly through the pipeline. You will also engage in early-life follow-up with merchants to ensure successful activation and ongoing engagement.
