What you'll do

In this role, you will respond to vendor inquiries and verify product information, ensuring smooth product operations and registration support. You will handle customer complaints related to misleading or exaggerated advertising, collaborating with relevant departments to request necessary product information corrections. You will also address customer inquiries regarding product certifications and safety information, providing accurate guidance based on verified documentation. Your role will involve effective communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
