Regional Manager, Employee & Workplace Experience (APAC)

Who you are

You have a strong background in people operations or employee experience, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and have a proven track record of implementing successful employee engagement initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect with employees at all levels and foster collaboration across teams. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving workplace programs to meet the evolving needs of employees. You understand the importance of balancing remote and in-office work dynamics and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with remote-first organizations is a plus. Familiarity with workplace technology and tools that enhance employee experience will set you apart. You are adaptable and open to experimenting with new approaches to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the face and driver of Workplace and Employee Experience programs in the APAC region. You will advocate for employees, serving as a resource and connection point for all staff, whether they are remote or in-office. You will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, ensuring that all employees feel valued and connected to the company's mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that support employee well-being and professional development. Your responsibilities will include organizing team-building events, facilitating communication between remote and in-office employees, and gathering feedback to continuously improve workplace initiatives. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment through regular team and company-wide offsites.
