You are ready to take on responsibility from day one and use your initiative and creativity to help build and manage the supply network. You are a roll-up-your-sleeves operator who obsesses over delivering measurable results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive weekly procurement operations, ensuring the on-time, in-full, and in-quality delivery of ingredients. You will forecast demand requirements, manage inventory, and track consumption of incoming materials. Additionally, you will manage weekly spending to ensure adherence to budget, be responsible for weekly cost reporting, and hold suppliers accountable for credits owed. You will problem-solve issues in the supply chain and work cross-functionally to develop solutions. Continuous improvement of supply chain processes, including forecasting, ordering, and onboarding new ingredients and suppliers, will be a key focus. You will measure the performance of ingredient suppliers and identify opportunities to improve KPIs while working in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.

This is a 100% in-person role based at our Distribution Center located at 3520 Laird Road, Mississauga, Ontario. The working hours are Thursday to Monday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
