Welcome to Project Nazir, where we are building multiple products from scratch to manage the end-to-end planning and financial processes for Global Engineering Service (GES). This is a multi-year initiative. The GES organization is responsible for the design and construction of all Amazon fulfillment related facilities across the Amazon global network. This strategic organization builds and invests in the capacity to deliver growth for Consumer Fulfillment, Amazon Transportation, Amazon Air, Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) and PillPack. GES spends tens of billion dollars in the construction of assets to deliver on capacity for planned shipping and retail demand for our external customers. To build this suite of planning and financial systems, we will stretch the limits of distributed systems and big data processing to solve hard technical problems and unprecedented scale challenges.
As part of this team you will work with executive leaders, engineering, product and operations stakeholders to drive process improvement, generate ideas, validate entitlement and then produce a path to production. You will define product strategy, develop the product development roadmap, and drive execution. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
