Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in either system design or in any one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • 6 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and managing internal/external partners or customers.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in translating business requirements into technology solutions for customers adopting cloud solutions.
  • Experience in collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
  • Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to engage with executives of enterprises on technical and non-technical matters.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers deliver value from their Google Cloud Platform investments. You will leverage technical expertise and customer service skills to create a quality customer experience, empowering them to succeed with Google Cloud. You will focus on ensuring the quality of customer engagements while building relationships with stakeholders internally and externally. You will help the team meet the customer’s technical requirements and business objectives. You will be committed to delivery and execution, leading by example to ensure customers in your region succeed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Act as a business advisor and create a center of excellence around cloud application development technologies, including the hiring, onboarding, and management of employees and workforce.
  • Help establish processes to drive Service Delivery AppDev strategy in support of the business. Be responsible for AppDev-related pre-business Statement of Work (SoW) support and approval activities, and serve as the point of contact with regional teams for any data-related needs.
  • Manage processes to create reusable artifacts for public sector business. Work in partnership with other service delivery teams to establish any global processes for multiple compliance or private cloud-related solutions for the aimed customers.
  • Present technical materials to multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Engage with executives of enterprises on technical and non-technical matters.
