What you'll do

In this role, you will lead high-impact demos and technical presentations that showcase how HackerRank transforms complex hiring and upskilling challenges into simple, skills-based workflows. You will work onsite with customers to understand their developer hiring and training needs, shaping the right solutions to fit their goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure the full impact of HackerRank’s developer skills platform is realized in every customer interaction. You will leverage your technical skills to design scalable solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing AI tools and new technologies to deliver solutions faster and improve customer support.
