Carvana is seeking an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to repair deep wheel damage and utilize state-of-the-art tools. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your background in autobody work equips you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
While not required, any additional certifications in automotive repair or experience with advanced wheel repair techniques would be a plus. Familiarity with using various tools and machines in a high-tech environment will help you thrive in this role.
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized equipment and techniques. You will operate a wheel repair machine, ensuring that each wheel meets the high standards set by Carvana. Your role will also involve painting and clear-coating wheels to restore their appearance and functionality. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver quality repairs.

You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are prepared for delivery in a timely manner.
