SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Who you are

You have solid experience as an SAP FICO consultant, with active participation in full-cycle implementations and at least one project in S/4HANA. Your expert knowledge in Financial Accounting (FI) includes Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and bank integration. You are proficient in the CO module, covering Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Internal Orders, and Product Controlling. Familiarity with the new Universal Journal architecture (ACDOCA) and simplifications in S/4HANA is part of your expertise. You possess functional knowledge of ABAP, including code reading, debugging, and working with technical specifications. Your experience extends to integrating with logistics modules (MM, SD, WM), especially in 3PL/LSP scenarios and logistics cost management. You are adept at handling and integrating IDocs for financial and logistics processes, including invoicing, payments, and interfaces with banks or third parties. Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for your role, enabling effective interaction with global stakeholders, technical documentation, and workshops. You have the ability to translate business requirements into efficient solutions, configuring the system and guiding user acceptance testing (UAT).

In this role, you will lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions, ensuring that all financial processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops with stakeholders to understand their needs and providing training to users on the new system functionalities. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support to ensure the system operates smoothly. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest SAP developments and best practices, allowing you to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration between financial and operational systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
