You have a bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in education technology or customer success — you understand the nuances of engaging with educators and administrators to drive meaningful outcomes. Your strong communication skills enable you to connect effectively at all levels of a district, fostering relationships that promote engagement and awareness. You are passionate about improving education and driving positive change, advocating for customers by sharing feedback that shapes future products and services. You thrive in a remote-first environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to secure renewals and identify growth opportunities.
As a Customer Success Manager at Edmentum, you will be the trusted advisor guiding educators and administrators through the onboarding process and beyond — ensuring seamless adoption of Edmentum solutions and measurable outcomes. You will champion customer success from the initial implementation through renewal, building deep partnerships with district leaders to promote engagement.
