You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to learn and grow your skills while working with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work closely with other technicians to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards for quality and appearance. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your commitment to teamwork and quality will be essential as you contribute to the overall success of the inspection center.
