Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their IN Ops DEX team to identify and resolve chronic failure points in the Customer Delivery experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management and data-driven insights.
You have a proven track record of identifying and resolving systemic issues in operational processes, particularly in customer delivery experiences. Your ability to work backwards from output metrics allows you to pinpoint failure points effectively, and you excel in analyzing causal agents to drive improvements. You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, including Tech, Operations, and Customer Service, to implement solutions that address both immediate and long-term challenges. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to influence others without direct authority and ensure timely updates on initiatives.
You thrive in environments where data-driven insights guide decision-making, and you are committed to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of your work. Your experience in managing stakeholder relationships is complemented by your ability to balance the need for quick execution with thorough analysis. You are comfortable leading regular reviews with leadership to discuss initiatives and surface areas needing attention, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying chronic failure points in the Customer Delivery experience and working collaboratively with various teams to implement solutions. Your role will involve setting up regular cadences with stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure progress on initiatives.
You will lead efforts to improve both input and output metrics, leveraging existing products and enhancing their adoption. Your ability to communicate effectively with leadership will be crucial as you provide updates on initiatives and highlight areas that require additional support or resources. You will also be expected to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensuring that all solutions are scalable and sustainable.
