Your role at Hostinger

We're looking for a YouTube Scriptwriters Team Lead who leads through storytelling, not syntax. Someone who can look at one video and see ten angles. Someone who optimizes for impact, not perfection. Someone who makes our writers better, our content sharper, and our team faster—all while keeping it fun and human.

You'll lead a team of scriptwriters, shape our content strategy, and work across video production, SEO, locale channels, and analytics teams to create YouTube content that reaches millions and empowers them to build their online presence.

If you can build a content strategy that scales, coach writers to think like storytellers, and coordinate across teams without everything becoming a meeting? Even better.
