Experience with cloud infrastructure or data center operations is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with AWS services and a willingness to learn more about cloud technologies will help you succeed in this role.
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of the AWS cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repairs to ensure that data center operations run smoothly. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to uphold the highest standards for safety and security in the data center environment.
