Your strategic mindset allows you to drive alignment across various departments, particularly in Product, Design, and Engineering. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to provide clear guidance to senior leaders and foster collaboration within the organization. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of implementing operational improvements that enhance productivity and impact.

Experience in a tech-focused environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile methodologies. You have a knack for identifying key performance indicators and using them to inform strategic planning. What you'll do

In this role, you will standardize the operating cadence for the Product, Design, and Engineering teams, ensuring that all processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will drive the execution of the PDE’s strategic planning calendar, which includes setting objectives and key results (OKRs), conducting business reviews, and managing quarterly and annual planning cycles. Your leadership will be crucial in improving decision-making processes and ensuring that the organization executes against its most critical goals. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within the teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.

What we offer

Pantheon offers a competitive salary range of CAD 168,000 - 210,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role within the organization.
