Delinea is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts and collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with sales, technical support, and professional services teams. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies to enhance their experience with our products. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. You thrive in a team environment and are motivated by helping customers achieve their goals.

Desirable

Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and AI technologies will help you understand our offerings better. A background in sales or technical support can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Delinea, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. You will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are satisfied and to address any concerns they may have. You will collaborate with technical support to resolve issues and ensure that customers are getting the most out of our products. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers to help inform product development and improvements. You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our services.
