You are a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist with a strong commitment to providing accurate and timely test results. You understand the importance of high complexity testing and analysis of clinical specimens, ensuring that patient care is prioritized. You are familiar with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards, and you are capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance practices make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus, as is familiarity with automated analyzers and manual techniques for analyzing blood, serum, urine, and other body fluids. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
In this role, you will perform routine and specialized analysis of clinical specimens, including blood, serum, and urine. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tests are conducted in accordance with established laboratory protocols and regulatory standards. Your work will directly impact patient diagnosis and treatment, making your role vital to the healthcare process. You will operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, ensuring proper calibration and quality control measures are in place. Additionally, you will troubleshoot any issues that arise with the equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to testing processes.
You will work shifts from Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing flexibility in your work schedule. Your contributions will help Hims & Hers redefine healthcare by delivering accessible and personalized care to patients.
