Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing insights and recommendations on how to maximize their use of Klaviyo's tools. You will also be responsible for identifying co-selling opportunities and managing business development referrals, fostering a collaborative ecosystem that benefits all parties involved. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that partners receive the support they need to succeed, including training and resources tailored to their specific goals. Your success will be measured by the growth of your partners' businesses and their overall satisfaction with Klaviyo's offerings.
