You have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your background includes managing high-performing sales teams and developing strategies that lead to net-new logo acquisition. You understand the nuances of the SMB market and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. You are passionate about data security solutions and understand the importance of protecting customer data in today's interconnected world.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS sales and familiarity with data security solutions would be a significant advantage. A background in managing sales teams across North America is also desirable, as is a strong network within the SMB sector.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of SMB Sales Americas, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers while managing a portfolio of retained clients. Your primary mission is to amplify Druva's Commercial Sales capabilities and support the company's growth trajectory. You will develop and implement sales strategies that drive net-new logo acquisition across the United States and Canada. You will work closely with the VP of Commercial Sales and other leadership to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to refine sales tactics and improve customer engagement. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Regularly reporting on sales performance and forecasting will be key components of your responsibilities, as will collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings.
