Overview

Enable is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a team and enhance customer relationships within the supply chain ecosystem. You'll play a key role in helping customers achieve their goals and drive the adoption of Enable's rebate management platform.

You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and have a knack for advocating for their needs while aligning with company goals. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a small team, guiding them to support customers effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customer growth and are skilled at refining processes to enhance the customer experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Enable, you will take charge of a dedicated team of Implementation Analysts, ensuring they are equipped to help customers maximize the value of our rebate management platform. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored support to help them transition from legacy processes to our innovative solutions. Your role will involve refining customer success processes, ensuring consistency across the team while adapting to the unique needs of each customer. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for both the customer and Enable. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upgrades and collaborate with the sales team to facilitate these transitions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
