Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your expertise lies in developing and executing sales strategies that leverage AI technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You understand the nuances of value selling and can effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring that sales teams are equipped to position solutions as trusted advisors. You thrive in a culture that values transparency, autonomy, and accountability, and you are committed to fostering a high-trust work environment.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, allows you to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. You are passionate about continuous learning and development, both for yourself and your team, and you actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving field of AI and cybersecurity.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it provides you with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this space. What you'll do

In this role, you will define and implement SAFE's global sales enablement strategy, positioning it as a core growth engine for the business. You will work closely with sales teams to embed Command of the Message value selling and AI into every customer interaction, ensuring that sellers are equipped to engage with clients as solution providers and executive advisors. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming SAFE's thought leadership into institutionalized, repeatable selling motions that can scale across various regions and product segments.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop training materials and resources that empower sales teams to effectively communicate the value of SAFE's offerings. By leveraging data and analytics, you will assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Your role will also involve mentoring and coaching sales leaders, helping them to develop their skills and enhance their performance.

As a strategic leader, you will participate in executive-level conversations, providing insights and recommendations that shape the direction of SAFE's sales strategy. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization, ensuring that team members have access to the resources and support they need to succeed. Your contributions will directly impact SAFE's ability to redefine how the world understands and manages cyber risk.
