Amazon is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join their FinOps Operations Readiness Team. You'll lead complex global programs and influence Accounts Payable processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in finance operations.
You have a strong background in finance operations, particularly in Accounts Payable, and are adept at managing complex, global programs. Your analytical skills allow you to gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are passionate about process innovation, consistently raising the bar to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the experience for customers and internal partners.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders across various departments, including Finance, Technology, and Tax. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key to your success, as you work to design, test, and implement efficient AP processes. You are results-driven and customer-obsessed, always looking for ways to improve operational readiness and efficiency.
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus, as is familiarity with financial software and tools that support Accounts Payable functions. A background in project management methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will lead and manage complex global programs and initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they align with Amazon's business objectives.
