Overview

Imply is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the adoption of Imply Lumi, a cutting-edge observability warehouse. You'll partner with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Lumi can enhance their data capabilities. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for technology.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and understand the importance of data in driving business decisions. Your ability to build relationships with clients is exceptional, and you thrive on helping organizations unlock the potential of their data. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience. You are results-driven and motivated by the success of your clients, always seeking to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique challenges.

Desirable

Experience in selling data solutions or observability tools is a plus, as is familiarity with Apache Druid or similar technologies. You are a quick learner and can adapt to new technologies and market trends, ensuring you stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing Imply Lumi to market, working closely with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, create tailored proposals, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Collaborating with the sales team, you will develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base. Your insights will help shape our approach to customer engagement and product development, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services. By gathering feedback and understanding their ongoing needs, you will help drive product improvements and customer retention. Your role will involve regular communication with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align our sales strategies with overall business goals.
