Your ability to develop adaptable assembly processes is crucial in supporting product design iterations and managing variable quality of incoming materials. You are passionate about creating the manufacturing processes of tomorrow, rather than just optimizing those of today.
Experience with robotics systems and a strong understanding of production techniques will set you apart. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies is a plus, as is a collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork across hardware engineering and production teams.
